Ducey is a
market town on the main road from Avranches to St.Hilaire
du Harcouët.
Ducey is a very pretty town with a strong
reputation as a Ville Fleurie. Its floral decorations
include an extraordinary concrete tree (see picture above)
that is festooned with seasonal flowers throughout the
warmer months of the year.
Near to Ducey is the
magnificent Furniture Museum, with rooms created in
various styles. It contains many items of original local
furniture which would grace any chateau.
